Trish Empey is a fine art photographer living in Salt Lake City. She jump started her career immediately after graduating from college with an intuitive passion for black and white photography. She shoots film and digital, accepting that both have a place in the ever changing world of photography.

Trish considers herself a purist in her approach to her work. Her photographs possess a truthful rawness of simplicity, they make one want to stop and and take a closer look. Her work is timeless, elegant and goes straight to the soul.
